Refund Policy:

Please email ivyroom@sheywest.com if you have a scheduling conflict – tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, but we will use your registration as a credit for a future workshop at SheyWest.

We sometimes require a minimum of 10 participants to hold a workshop, so if we don't reach that amount 48 hours prior to the event, we will notify all attendees and refund you.
